Coronavirus update

Here is an update about the clinic during the Coronavirus Epidemic.

I’d like to say thank you to all the patients that I have been contacting on the phone over the last few weeks. Everybody has been very understanding of the situation and I’ve enjoyed taking time to contact people.

We remain closed at this time apart from Emergency appointments. This would be for severe discomfort, pain, infection and wounds only. This will follow a telephone triage procedure. We ask that you do not attend your routine appointment with us unless we have spoken to you on the phone.

We have been following guidance issued by The College of Podiatry and The Health & Care Professions Council. This states that all routine treatments such as nail cutting, callus removal, verrucae treatments be postponed during the epidemic.

If you need to leave a message please do so on the clinic answer machine 01274 532 953. We will respond as soon as possible. You can also email us at info@baildonpodiatry.co.uk.

Our new website features an online booking option but this is disabled at this time.

I hope that the situation will improve soon. In the meantime I have been busy preparing to reopen at the first safe opportunity.

Best wishes to all our clients at this time.
