coronavirus update

We are open…with some changes.

The practice is open and able to see clients with a wide range of foot health needs, from more urgent to mild conditions and general care. If you are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus such as a high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of taste or smell then we will need to postpone your appointment.

Following clinical guidelines from The College of Podiatry and Public Health England we have put a number of measures in place to help keep you safe.

Social distancing: Appointments are now spaced 15 minutes apart. This allows you to come and go without crossing another client in the waiting area. To facilitate this the main door is kept locked so we would advise arriving at appointment time rather than early.

Additional cleaning: we are applying extra cleaning measures in between appointments. Unfortunately magazines and leaflets have been removed from reception.

Use of PPE: we will be wearing appropriate PPE (masks, aprons, face shields) during the appointment and have a Perspex screen to sit between Podiatrist and patient. None contact temperature checks are also in use. We request that you wear a mask for your appointment and can provide one if needed.

Contactless card payments are our preferred method at present.

To book an appointment please call 01274 532 953. Thank you for your continuing support of our small business at this time.
